This shipping policy explains how Moon Grad Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers orders placed through our website and services.
I. Senior Package Orders
Items in the senior packages are not shipped home unless otherwise stated. All items are picked up on campus during scheduled on-campus order and delivery dates set throughout the year.
Students must show a photo ID to pick up all items that have been ordered. NO EXCEPTIONS!
II. Class Ring Orders
The class ring and shipping must be paid in full for rings to be shipped out upon completion of manufacturing. The class ring will ship within 5–7 business days after your online payment is received, so long as the ring has been completed in production. If the ring is not ready at the time of payment, it will ship within 5–7 days of us receiving it from the factory.
Class rings are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, Insured and Signature Confirmation. This means someone will need to be at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package. It is at the Postal Service’s discretion as to the number of notices left at your door in case no one is home at the time of the first delivery attempt.
If your package is returned to us as “Unclaimed”, an additional shipping fee will be required to have it shipped a second time.
